Wonderful home in a delightful village We loved everything about this property. The house, the grounds, the pool, the gardens and the village of Domme were all fantastic. The house is pleasant, has a very well equipped kitchen, and a great place to relax after a day of exploring. We especially enjoyed the outside spaces. The terrace was a wonderful space to enjoy a glass of wine and hors d' ouvres as the sun went down. The pool was clean and well maintained. Domme, though small, has a great boulangerie, a reasonably well equipped grocery store, numerous shops where local goods may be purchased and some reasonable restaurants to choose from.. The pizzeria just down the street was a great place for an excellent pizza.The Thursday market was a treat-many fresh products and a chance to interact with local residents. Veronique and Jean were extremely helpful in showing us around the house and providing information about must-see sights in the area. They had put together two very helpful books for guests. One book explained how to use all the appliances in the house, the other had all sorts of information on the area-from how to get medical attention to where to eat, and visit. We would love to stay here again. We are happy to recommend it to anyone.
